About us

Reijnen Sealing, established in 1979, is a leader in protecting electronics across various applications. Founder André Reijnen initially focused on potting techniques, such as embedding electronics in preformed trays, to meet market demands. However, customer requests soon led to experimenting with free-form moulding using rubber moulds. This innovation positioned Reijnen as one of the few companies capable of providing free-form housing for PCBs.

After the company’s acquisition in 2003, Reijnen Sealing relocated from Amsterdam to Groningen. This move supported further development of techniques and introduced polyurethane seals into the product range. A temporary base in Grootegast preceded the final move to Peize, near Groningen, where the current facilities support continued growth and innovation.

Today, Reijnen Sealing offers a wide range of specialised services. These include free-form moulding, potting, conformal coating, hotmelt moulding, ultrasonic welding, and glueing. To optimise adhesion, we utilise plasma and corona surface treatments. Additionally, we provide laser engraving for plastics. Our unique expertise in free-form housing for PCBs ensures high-quality solutions tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
