Hotmelt moulding

The most important property of hotmelt is the completely watertight protection of electronics.

Hotmelt moulding

Hotmelt moulding offers maximum protection for your electronics by using advanced potting techniques in the field of low-pressure injection moulding. The strong adhesion of the material to various plastics prevents leakage. The design can be fully adapted to your requirements.

Cooled moulds

Cooled moulds ensure that the highly sensitive electronics are not damaged during the hotmelt process. Our spraying technique, based on limited pressure and cooled moulds made of high-quality aluminium, minimises any stress on the components.

Exact forming

In addition, the injection opening is kept small enough to prevent the formation of moulding holes, making the hotmelt technique perfectly suitable for manufacturing sensors, for example. The exact form is retained even after prolonged use, thanks to the use of metal moulds.
Our hotmelts consist entirely of organic materials and are 100% recyclable, thus contributing to our sustainability goals.
